I’ve bought and sold commercial real estate for well over 30 years. So when it came time to sell our home, I thought it would be a piece of cake. I was wrong. Months went by, and it was extremely difficult to get a showing, let alone an offer. So finally I turned to James. I figured I could trust him due to his military background, and I was right. He challenged me to a ‘bid off.’ Both of our contractors came out to do estimates, and put those estimates in sealed envelopes. Then we opened them together and I was amazed! Every contractor of his beat my contractors’ quotes by thousands of dollars, and gave better warranties! In the end, he saved us over $9,000 in repairs on top of what he got us for our home. We’ve now retired in a much better standing than we would have without him. |
